Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for the provision of catering services at Zielnik-Cafe Restaurant, located at ul. Odyńca 15 in Warsaw, represented by Mr. Michał Keński – President of the Board, hereinafter referred to as the "Restaurant."

 

General Provisions

1. The Restaurant is open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

2. Using the Restaurant’s services or remaining on the premises constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Only food and beverages (including alcohol) purchased at Zielnik Restaurant may be consumed on the premises, unless otherwise specified in a document approved by the Manager.

4. Our staff provides full information regarding allergens. For the comfort and safety of our Guests, we kindly ask you to inform the staff of any food allergies or intolerances when placing an order.

5. In accordance with Polish law, the Restaurant does not sell alcohol to minors or intoxicated individuals.

6. A strict no-smoking policy applies throughout the Restaurant, including tobacco products and their derivatives (e-cigarettes, heat-not-burn devices).

7. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for children on the Restaurant premises. The Restaurant assumes no liability for children left unattended.

8. To ensure the safety, comfort, and reputation of the Restaurant, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are intoxicated, under the influence of narcotics, or whose behavior violates these Terms and Conditions or public order.

Reservations and Orders

1. Table reservations can be made by telephone at +48 600 999 966, via email at info@restauracjazielnik.pl, or in person at the Restaurant. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

2. Reservations are held for 20 minutes. If the staff is not notified of a delay, the reservation will be automatically cancelled after this period.

Group Reservations

1. For group reservations, confirmation is subject to written notification (email), advance menu selection, and the payment of a deposit toward the final bill.

2. The Client agrees to inform the Restaurant of any changes to the date, time, or cancellation no later than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled event. Failure to comply with this notice period will result in a contractual penalty equal to 100% of the pre-agreed menu value.

Delivery Orders

1. Delivery orders are processed through the roomservice.pl platform: https://m.roomservice.pl/restauracja/cafe-zielnik.html.

Safety and Security

1. All individuals entering the Restaurant are required to behave in a manner that does not compromise the safety of others.

2. To guarantee the security of our Guests, the premises are under constant video surveillance (CCTV).

3. In the event of a violation of the law, these Terms and Conditions, or damage to Restaurant property, the staff is authorized to request the Guest to leave the premises or, if necessary, use appropriate measures to detain the individual until the arrival of the Police.

4. Guests bear full financial responsibility for any material damage caused to the Restaurant's property.

Complaints

1. Complaints regarding dishes are considered exclusively during consumption; complaints submitted after the meal has been finished will not be accepted.

2. Other complaints or feedback should be directed to the Manager via telephone at +48 600 999 966, email at info@restauracjazielnik.pl, or in person.

Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are available to the public at www.restauracjazielnik.pl and on-site at the Restaurant (ul. Odyńca 15, Warsaw).

2. These regulations are effective as of February 1, 2020.

3. Zielnik Restaurant reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
