The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, consisting of taking steps toward reserving a place at Restauracja Zielnik following contact initiated by the client, and building positive relationships with clients. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for reservation and contact; personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your separate consent. You have the right at any time to data portability, access to the content of your personal data, the possibility to rectify it, the right to object to the processing of data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
